GETTING STARTED

Getting Started

The basics for new owners and enthusiasts.

What is Car Show Warriors?

Car Show Warriors is a car show platform for owners and enthusiasts. Owners can build a garage, join shows, and compete for prize money. Enthusiasts can browse shows, follow live watchboards, like cars, and vote when a show allows viewer access.

Who can register?

The app is built around two main roles: car owners and car enthusiasts. Each role gets a tailored experience after registration and sign-in.

What do I get after registering?

Owners get access to garage and show-entry tools. Enthusiasts get access to show browsing, watchboards, likes, and viewer-pass features when enabled.

GARAGE AND VERIFICATION

Garage And Verification

How the platform handles real vehicles and approval.

Why do I need a garage?

Your garage is where you store the cars you actually own. Approved garage cars are the cars you can enter into shows.

What does ownership verification mean?

Each car has an ownership verification status such as pending, approved, or rejected. Approved cars can join eligible shows.

Why would a car go back into review after I edit it?

If an approved car changes its show categories, it is sent back through the admin approval process so the updated categories can be reviewed again.

Why do show categories matter?

A car can only join a show if it is approved and shares at least one category with that show. If your categories do not match yet, you need to update the car in your garage before joining.

What happens if I remove a car from my garage?

The system cleans up show participation tied to that car so it is removed from any shows it had joined.

Can I add more photos or video to my car?

Yes. Car media packages exist for owners, and the platform enforces media limits based on the active package. If you hit the limit, you need to remove media or upgrade before continuing.

CAR SHOWS AND WATCHBOARD

Car Shows And Watchboard

How shows are organized and how viewers follow the action.

How are car shows organized?

The shows page is split into Live, Upcoming, and Past tabs. Live shows are in progress, Upcoming shows are accepting registrations and waiting to start, and Past shows contain completed results.

How do I see past show results?

Past shows include a View Results action that opens the results page for completed events. Results stay locked until the show is finished.

What is the watchboard?

The watchboard is the live show experience. It includes standings, walkthrough mode, likes, and enthusiast voting. It is where you follow what is happening during the show.

Do I need a viewer pass to watch a show?

Not always. For non-free shows, you can watch without a viewer pass, but you need a viewer pass to vote and to be eligible for enthusiast prize money.

What is a free show?

A free show does not require owner entries or viewer passes. Free shows do not offer prizes and are intended for bragging rights only.

How do owner entries work?

Non-free owner shows use one owner entry when your verified car joins the lineup. The app surfaces that cost before you commit your build.

How do viewer passes work?

Viewer passes are for car enthusiasts and car owners. The app shows available passes, supports purchasing more, and uses them for voting access in qualifying shows.

PRIZE MONEY

Prize Money

How cash prizes work for owners and enthusiasts.

How do prize pools work for car owners?

Paid shows build an owner prize pool from the event setup, and registered cars compete for it. When the show ends, the owner payout is split 50% for first place, 30% for second place, and 20% for third place.

How do prize pools work for car enthusiasts?

For qualifying non-free shows, enthusiasts can join the watchboard, vote when they have the right access, and become eligible for the enthusiast prize drawing. One eligible enthusiast is randomly selected to win the full enthusiast prize pool after the show completes.

Do free shows pay prize money?

No. Free shows are for bragging rights only. They do not require owner entries or viewer passes and they do not award prize money to owners or enthusiasts.

How do I know whether a show has prize money?

The car show details page explains whether the show is free or paid, what owner entry or viewer pass access is required, and whether prize money is available for the event.

PURCHASES AND WALLET

Purchases And Wallet

What you can buy and how balances are tracked.

What can I buy in the app?

The wallet and purchase flows cover viewer passes, owner entries, garage listings, and car media packages.

How do I check my balances?

The wallet page shows your available owner entries, viewer passes, and prize wallet balance. It also keeps purchase, usage, payout, and cash-out history.

Can I cash out prize money?

Yes. Owners and enthusiasts can request a prize-wallet cash-out, but they need payout details set on their profile first. Venmo and PayPal are supported.

How are prizes split for owners?

For paid shows, owner prize pools are split 50% for first place, 30% for second place, and 20% for third place after the show is complete.

How does the enthusiast prize work?

For eligible non-free shows, one joined enthusiast is randomly selected to win the full enthusiast prize pool after the show ends.

REFERRALS, ATTENDANCE, AND SUPPORT

Referrals, Attendance, And Support

Community tools and help options.

How do referrals work?

Owners and enthusiasts can send referrals. If the invited person completes sign-up through the referral, the owner gets a free show entry and the enthusiast gets a free viewer pass.

Can I see my referral activity?

Yes. The referral page shows invite outcomes, resend options, and a summary of rewarded, pending, failed, and suppressed invites.

How do I get help?

Use the Support page to send a name, email, phone number, support type, and description. Requests are emailed to support@geovantatechnologies.com.
